Alittle seasoning and aging..........
Get them babies in the smoker..............
Almost there along with potatoes and peppers stuffed w/ Italian sausage and sharp cheddar......
Peppers are looking good............
And last but not least a little side dish of radishes, rasberries and peaches with balsamic vinegar..........
Yummy! I have never tried smoking peppers. Have had Jalepeno beer though... Did you guys get it back there maybe 10 years ago or so? Reminded me of a Coors or Corona with a little bite to it.
It was a microbrew with the hot pepper inside the bottle. It was actually good beer. Haven't seen it around here in quite some time.
I remember that beer, too.
I just cooked some babybacks up the other night. I tried a new way than my regular season and steam them with beer first, then grill.
I don't have a smoker, but that's how I cooked them. I smoked them.
I seasoned the ribs, turned the one side of my two burner propane grill on, put a pie tin with water and Liquid Smoke added over the flame and the ribs on the other side. About 250-300 degrees F for 2-1/2 hours and then I put the barbeque sauce on and grilled them over a flame for 1/2 hour. I also broke a couple off to try without any sauce.
Oh yeah, babe! Absolutely my best ribs yet!
Sorry, no pics. I ate them too fast.
