I managed to track down a 2 bottom plow today (hard to find as most, like Tractor Supply, are out due to the steel shortage). We plowed up the field and WHEW!--did we have some big rocks in the field that would have consumed the tiller. We made the first pass with it this evening with some derocking. I'll do more derocking tomorrow then plow horizontally to find more hard nuggets. After seeing the multitude and diameter of rocks, I'm glad we bought the plow.
Now, to de-grub the field. Some of those cut worms were huge!

If you don't have a low wagon, you can make a wooden skid from 2xs and 4x8 plywood - tow behind tractor, to haul your big rocks and put 'um where you want them. Just be mindful of your back......get a couple jay birds they'll eat all the grubs you can find!
