So I need some ideas on what to do with all the winter squash that we will have soon. Can you make breads or cookies with any of it (like you can with summer squash)? How about soups? I'm open for anything.

I like to make different casseroles with squash. There is also some recipes I bet you could use it in as a substitute for zucchini like zucchini bread. You just grate it and it is made with whole wheat flour and has cranberries and stuff in it so while it is really good it is healthy too. I would just do a search for zucchini bread or squash casseroles.
