I am mostly a crocheter but I love all kinds of crafting and have often thought about using it to make extra money. Can anyone tell me what the best place to do this is? I have heard of Etsy but am not sure if that or doing craft shows would be better. Any suggestions?
Why not do both? You could time your etsy listings so they would not end while you're getting ready for and doing craft shows, and would have income between shows.
I don't know if I would enjoy my crafting activities if I was doing them to make money. I would feel like I was under pressure to "produce" or something.
