We have a tap/spigot next to our well head, the kind that's just a pipe coming up out of the ground with a red handled top. It's not a manual pump, you just lift the handle and the water comes out. For the past week or two it's been dripping heavily, sometimes more, sometimes less, and lifting the handle and then closing it again doesn't seem to make a difference. Any thoughts?
