    You could spring load it with a time and a silonoid,.
    You could use a satellite dish (big dish) mover arm to open and close a door. There suppose to run on 24v but will work fine on 12v.

    What your asking for is a circuit switch not a transfer switch. A transfer switch would switch the mains a circuit switch will switch specific circuits in and out.

    Make sure the level of tint you put on is legal in your and other states. Some of the walmart/kmart "tint kits" are to dark and not legal in ohio. Sold here, just not legal to use

    Its hard to tell in the photo but those stones are about 1-2 inches below grade at some points. Makes for a messy walkway in the winter and when it rains. Mud and ice cover the walk way.
