I used to use a Swisher finish mower. The only problem I had with it when pulling w/ ATV was backing up with it. It also was a SOB to get strted when it was cold.
The way to really change the flavor is use a different wood. Apple etc for turkey, chicken, oak and cherry give a hearty flavor or use maple for a nice sweetness...
It also could have a LOT more flavor!!!!

Put a pork butt in the smoker for 6 hours and it was delicious.

It was a microbrew with the hot pepper inside the bottle. It was actually good beer. Haven't seen it around here in quite some time.
