Nice pics! Easy to see why people want to live on the beach...
Pat,
I agree about the impact drivers. I just got a Dewalt and used it last night to put some Tapcon screws in my 20 year old concrete slab. Effortless!!! Just point and shoot! I have used...
Have you used the tub lately? If not maybe the water evaporated out of the trap.
My brother in-law just is finishing up his house, almost 1800sqft of living area plus a two car garage and covered porches front and back. He has around 150,000 - 160,000 in it. He did almost all...
Don't know if this is too late, but check out the Schluter Kerdi system. This is a membrane that is applied over the top of the mortarbed but under the tile. It has a proprietery drain that is...
Pat,
Do you remember the brand of the stoves with the "donut" or high mount storage?
Any thoughts about supplementing a hydronic system with solar hot water? With the warm winter we have had...
Has any vehicle surpassed the production numbers of the old beetle? VW still made the beetle for the Mexican market until 5-10 yrs ago. I'm guessing on the 5-10 yrs but in the recent past.

Gary
Pat,
Does the pasture fall under the road hazard warranty for tires? /forums/images/icons/grin.gif
Pat,
What is your "cocktail"?

A each day for a couple days before you want to take them off squirt the bolts/nuts with some PB Blaster or brake fluid. Will make it easier to break them loose.
I have used the brake fluid on...
I THINK the Troybuilt is built by MTD. I have a 9hp Craftsman that I believe was actually built by MTD also. It does a good job and makes nice chips. The later ones I have seen, have plastic feed...
Use 95-5 solder. Produces a stronger joint and can handle the vibration from the compressor. Even with a "flex hose" some vibration will be transmitted to the copper.
RaT,
Is that $270 Marvin one of the Integrity Windows?
Gary
Duane,
Here is a link that has some articles that discuss "advanced framing". EEBA
I don't think the overall building strength is going to be much different if properly built. What do the...
