    I can get and maintain 220 on mine.

    I just did some from flank...

    Marinated for 24hrs with Hi Mountain Cracked Pepper and Garlic blend.

    Smoked for 5 hours with hickory chunks

    Then finished drying with a box fan and the jerkey...

    Mine maintained 225 like clock work with the valve set to a needle width above low and the vent set and about half way open.

    It took about 45 minutes to generate smoke with wet chips and it lasted...

    Grill the corn and then slather it with mayo, chilli powder and cheese.

    I saw this on BBQ U and went "HUH?"... then I tried it. Very tasty!

    You've had a few months with the GO smoker. I'm shopping for one now.

    What's your longer term opinion?

    Also, how is it on gas burn?
