When you set your posts and set them in 3" to allow for your wall girts doesn't that affect your 4' oc of your trusses? The last one would be off correct? I'm assuming it doesn't matter?

Does the concrete have to completely fill the hole or does it just need a footing below the frost line? If so how deep of a footing does it need.
