it's mainly up to you, any type of acrylic paint will do the job I guess, but you should firs spray the fence with some wood sealant spray.

do you already have a fence in place? Maybe a metal and wood posts fence will suit you?
how small is your tractor? People generally do it but if it's your first time probably get an experienced person or do it up and down the slope like tech141 suggested.
haha nice, although not sure how safe it is to run that hose push those combustion gases. Probably better use a specialized product to do this.
I'm using a Poulan SST25 for several years now, no equipment issues at all although it's on gas.
Try and put some frozen or fresh bananas in, it will make your icecream more 'thick'
don't know much about them, but just checked it out on google and it looks great :-)
probably one of those small farm tractors although not sure how I would carry it with me everywhere lol
