answered my own question found an old thread elsewhere dated 1980's that couldnt find salvo. they must have gone belly up. didnt buy it for that reason. no parts no way I'd buy it.

I've started smoking my own bacon and buy pork belly but I'm not sure the best way to skin it . is there a good knife for this? I can get it off with alot of effort and I take off too much good fat....
