Wow, Countrybynet is pretty darn quiet.
No, I have not seen that done out here. This house was built in 1951 with some remodeling.
It should be noted that all those sizes mentioned for that amperage were for copper conductors, not aluminum.
My house crawl space has visible moisture vapor coming out of the crawl space vents especially noticeable in the morning which is visible as vapor and condensates on the siding. We have hardly had...
I hate to say it Nat, but your just normal. Thats how most of us operate.
Congratulations Nat! I think you need to take some pictures and share them. Rat.
Gatorboy, I think your either transparent or being ignored. Nice house Mr Anything, best wishes in your endeavor.
Nat, very nice, I assume your using a finish nailer?
Nat, looking good. I had to go back and refresh my memory on some of your pictures. I see that you like Corona beer as well. I also like Fosters, a different beer then Corona to be sure, but nice...
Thanks for the link. I do not have a loan against this property.
Well, you would think except that to date, I know of none that will issue one using land to secure the loan. I asked because in todays loan climate, it seems most anything goes. Even a bank officer...
I am hoping someone can help a finance challenged soul such as myself with some information. I basically need the "who" part.
My desire is to finance our garage/guest house with a home equity loan...
Very intetresting. Thanks.
I had to make the mounting bolts as the ones from my supplier were too short due to the floor tile.
Pat, was the closet flange not flush with the tile?
Pat, I'm pretty sure I will need a whole new leach field installed. Based on the location of our house, I'm pretty sure we will need to pump. Any advice would be appreciated, crappy or not.
Pat, a job I worked on up north of here used the infiltrator system. I knew nothing of it but the folks hired to excavate the leach field said it works very well. The field was the second at this...
Now that I am building a new house on that parcel, I shudder to think about what that will involve and how many hickups we will have along the route.

It is the one time you can honestly report that a government agency does its job well! /forums/images/icons/mad.gif
Thanks for the update Nat. We need the whole septic/leach field system with a 100% backup area completed before you can start anything. Its part of the enviromental dept. I am anxious to see the...

Here is another chipper manufactuer you could take a look at. I know of them because my local Kubota dealer sells them. No clue on prices.
You know, whenever it was that Dallas, who shot JR type thing was happening. 70's or 80's I would guess.
So who shot JR anyway? The Dallas shows I watched, Larry Hagman, you know the fellow on "I Dream Of Jeanie" was a crack up. He was JR in Dallas.
Egon, did they have TV in Canada back then?
My Kubota L48 was too big, powerful enough, but way to slow, I downsized to a L3830 and now I just "dream along, dream along" /forums/images/icons/grin.gif
I'm a little confused. If no fuel is available to lube the lift pump as it is being called, where is engine getting the fuel to run on? If the engine stops, does not the lift pump as well?
