    It's possible to farm without plowing using a disk as your soil turning tool but it's hard until there's enough organic matter to loosen the topsoil. I'm trying it and it could be working better....

    NW Ohio $150 per ton and you can't get any. I'm feeding alfala pellets to the sheep at $220 per ton. I'm going to try haymaking this year.

    I'd be careful pluggig the crawlspace vents. I once spent several filthy days replacing the floor beams of an apartment house because a siding company covered the vents.
