I know that threads of this nature are always popular over on TBN, so how about something to deal with them here. Boundaries, surveys, easements and the problems that can arise from them are very much a factor in rural, or "Country," living. I'm not sure of a good name for such a forum, but I think it would be worthwhile.
Seems like this is a great topic that you could post over in the Homesteading forum. I've had my share of difficulties surrounding these issues and would be happy to participate.
