Now that's real progress Paul. Congratulations, it's beginning to take shape. Keep the pics coming.

BTW, mixers getting stuck is no big deal, apparently it happens all the time

OK. Lets give this a try. The truck did quite a job to what was the driveway. Guess they got some work ahead of them.

Aw, man. Ain't that the way it goes. You finally get started on building your house and the rain comes and leaves you with a mud hole for a driveway. Do you think you will have to put down some gravel or crushed concrete or something in your driveway for the contractors to get in and out on?

    Re: House

I think the builder will have to. When we started this I told him he would have to put some down first before the big trucks came, and he said it should not be a peoblem. Well guess what? The site foreman was heading down to check the place out yesterday, but I have not heard from him yet. I wil be down saterday to check it all out. I hope they got anouther truck in, and finnished the pour.

    Looking good, Paul!

Is that a cedar shake roof in the picture?

Had to look up Niverville; pretty country up that way. I was born a bit north of there, in Glens Falls and have been back through there a few times

Nope just going to be plain old shingles. I did want to go copper over the porch, but was going to be to much money.
