Suggestion: You may want to reduce the size of your photos first (e.g. 800x600) before compressing them. The quality is pretty poor.

Be careful, the family that runs the local propane service built a nice metal shop bld and then finished some of it off as a residence pending there building their new house. That was 10 years ago. Since then they finsihed the rest of the shop as house and love it. Built a shop for a shop later.
