Anybody ever use one of these tools for trimming limbs? I've seen them in various farm stores for $30-40. I'm reaching the limits of my pole saw and getting tired of limbs falling on my noggin. Something tells me they are a gimmick invention?

Your arms will get tired...they are a lot of work!!! but they do work. Except for the last time I used mine, the limb sagged funny and bound on the saw. This was a tree in an out-of-the-way corner of the property, so the thing is still hanging there, limb, rope saw and all [img]/forums/images/icons/crazy.gif[/img]
