Things have gone well in recent weeks, Gordon. In fact, we went ahead and decided to renew our caretakers' contract. Not 6 months this time, however -- we figure we'd drop it to 3 months as sort of a confidence-rebuilding period. If all goes well during that time, we'll consider going back up to a 6-month contract.
