    Rooting Hardwood Cuttings

I haven't done this myself, but thought I would give it a go to see if I can propagate (clone) some rhodys, azeleas and such.

My summary approach will be to use this year's growth, cutting about six inch lengths, strip lower leaves, dip the stem ends in cloning gel, put them in rockwool cubes, press the edges against the stem and put the flats on a heating pad in the greenhouse.

Any other suggestions for ensuring success?

    Thanks, MickyMac....I've seen it. Interesting.
