Mine works very well, thanks. There was a learning curve necessary at the beginning (first drill bit didn't look very good when I was done) but am real satisfied with the system now. I don't go below 1/8" drill size, but the rest of the sizes sharpen real well. It is great to have sharp bits, and not limp alone with ones that are hand sharpened and only cut on one side. I could do reasonably well by hand but not perfect every time. The drill doctor is what I was looking for, and wouldn't be without it.
