    anyone made a plant press?

My wife and I are taking a couple horticulture classes. We will need to press plant samples. Has anyone made thier own plant press? I'm looking for idea's and/or plans. I've never used one, and don't know how to build one.

Not too long, just a misplaced bracket I think.

I built a cheese press, but I'm afraid that wouldn't do you much good.

I'll have to take a picture; I finally made up my own design. It is built like a tank, and presses really well!

There is a real nice one my mom has, it uses dry clay plates and a micro wave, the colors are right on and the pressing and drying are done in less than a minute. They are out of town for a week, but when they get back I will get the details for you.
