I am certain someone here would know, what are the resistance values for a chevy fuel guage? I have a C20 van, the fuel guage is pegged at Full when the tank is filled, but the needle does move as gas is used. The needle never gets as low as 3/4 full, ran out of gas seeing how low it would move.
My Tahoe seems to run forever on 1/4 or 1/2 a tank of gasoline... so long as it's the top half. [img]/forums/images/icons/smirk.gif[/img]
I know my truck pretty well by now and I get just over 300 miles per tank. If I use the guage, I know I get well over 100 of those on the first 1/4 and about 250 from that top half. Once I get past that mark on the guage, that needle drops like a stone. [img]/forums/images/icons/crazy.gif[/img]
