    It beats the heck out of a walk behind tiller. My soil is a sandy loam with a lot of rocks and the tiller will bounce on some of the rocks, but the vibration doesn't really get transferred to the tractor.

    None for me. The tiller will bounce in hard ground, but the tractor doesn't move because the 3pt hitch allows the tiller to move up without moving the tractor.

    Thanks guys. The garden has gotten a little out of hand this year and if it stays that size next year, I think I'm going to ride while I till. It's gotta beat the heck out of walking. [img]/forums/images/icons/wink.gif[/img]
