I see from one of the photos what looks like a presure gage on the pontoon. I guess that you're leak checking, right.
Have you figured the displacement of one of these giants? How much will they support? Looks to be quite a bit.

Most house boats built here work on 50% floatation.
each pontoon will be 12 mts long (40 ft) @ 50% floatation they will be able to float 5.25 tons approx each, total 10.5 tons, subtract the weight of the pontoons about 3.00 tons leaviny 7.5 tons for cab, decking, fuel, ect.

I am going to pressure test each section of the pontoon to find any possible holes last night i pressurised the first compartment to 2.5 psi is this safe

That's a lot of welding ... That sure looks good! ... How far are you from the launch site and how will you get the house boat to the water?

I will have two options for launching it, one about 6 miles, but lots of over head power cables, the other about 15 miles but along a highway,very few power cables. However i have spoken to authorities and the consensus was as long as it is under 5.5mts (18') in height loaded on a flat truck tray there will be no problem going either way.
