    List of plants to use as vegetable rennet

    Hi! I'm new here and love this site! I'm looking for a list of herb plants that can be used as vegetable rennet. I know bedstraw is one, cardoon and stinging nettle another, but I believe there may be more. Anybody know of more? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    I usually just buy a small bottle of vegetable rennet at the Health Food Store. What is the advantage of making it?
