I have a 12" DeWalt compound mitre saw. The blade is dulling. A new one is $35 or so.
Are there places that will sharpen blades, like you do chainsaw chains? Is it worth it compared to the price of a new blade?

If it's a carbide tooth blade it may be worthwhile. Last time I had one sharpened the cost was $1 a tooth. And that was a few years back.
If the sharpening cost is less than 2/3 the price of a new blade, I'd have it done. Otherwise buy a new one.
That's my $0.02 worth.
