WOW, price of building materials=STICKER SHOCK

I have several builder clients who have cancelled projects because they can't sell the houses for what it will cost them to build.

But, the good news is that eventually the prices will come down if you can just hold off awhile.

They are buying everything, from building materials, to scrap metal, to gasoline, leaving things in short supply in the U.S.
