Wouldn't that be a trip!? I wish I had that kind of imagination. Only one way to find out if I do.... I would have to start writing about the subway and New York cabbies and mounted police roaming central park. That would go over like a poopy in a punch bowl, I'm afraid. No, Cindi!!! You don't want to go there!!! As you know, I'm originally from Long Island, and I used to have to go to NYC several times a month for my job. Even now, when I live 200 miles north of NYC, I still have to go to meetings there once a month. So I know NYC very well. And let me tell you, there's not much funny about it. It's OK to visit on very rare occasions, but I highly doubt that you or anyone else on CBN would want to live there, or even visit it for more than a day!!!

"What a long strange trip it's been."
I visited Manhatten once back in the late seventies and I got enough out of that one trip to know I had no desire to go back.
That's exactly what I figured!!!

I've never been there, and I have no desire to got there EVER! Driving into town to go to the mall is too big of a crowd for me...

There are some people out there that do not have a sense of humor.
Do not worry about them.
Concentrate on the ones that like your writing and would miss it if it were gone.
BTW... I like "Tales From The Funny Farm".

Bluegrass Music ...
Finger-pickin' good!
How about "Stories About Pigs and Guns and Orange Orchards and Chickens and My Family and Snakes and Turkeys and the Country and other Odds and Ends"?
OK, maybe it's a tad long. But think of the head start you'd have each time, if they paid you by the word.
