Well, I am going to do it. I am leaving the big city, going to join a wonderful country boy in VA. My problem, I have to learn everything...and I ain't no spring chicken. Anyone willing to help me by answering questions about canning, freezing or just plain ole gettin it done? Thnks
You can get cookbooks that tell a lot about canning and freezing. Not sure what "plain ole gettin it done" refers to, but some of it will surely come naturally.
Try everything, repeat what you like, drop what doesn't agree with you. That's the best learnin'.
