    Old car (Essex)

I have an old car in the bush that i was thinking about pulling out to restore or ?? It's a late 20's early 30's Essex) it still has the wooden spoke wheels on it and a big strait 6. Does anyone know anything about these old cars? i would like to find some info, I guess it was made by Hudson but thats about all I know.

    Re: Old car (Essex)

I recall the Essex being held in high esteem by some of the "old timers." If there is enough left to restore economically it could be a real good project. Sounds likek a lot of work but would be a hoot to drive!

    Good luck,

On the RFD-TV network I just saw a 1919 1 1/2 ton Republic truck restored to original condition. It was found in brush with trees and brush growing through it and represented quite a challenge to just get it out. It was taken all the way down and sand blasted then carefully remanufactured by the farmer who found it.

RFD-TV is in the double digit chanels on DIRECTV
