Anyone else experienced this with any dogs? Any ideas how to cure it?

Hmmm, I've heard of incontinence in spayed females, but not in males. I know there are pills that can be given to females to give them more control over the necessary muscles, maybe they have these for males, also.
Your vet can let you know when you take him in to get checked out. It may be due to a urinary tract infection. They can extract urine easy enough in a male, but if it was me, I'd already have some gathered up with a pie tin and ziplock bag.

Keep us posted. I'm curious.

Take your dog to the vet, and have his sugar checked. He may be diabetic. That was the problem with ours.
