    I'm glad this thread served some real purpose. I'd hate to picture you standing in an empty field come September, thinking, "Gee, I wish I had remembered to buy some seed".

    I think the plural for corn on the cob .. is CORN ROAST .. or Party *lol*

    That seemed to be the best party item where i grew up.. no matter how you prepared it pit roasted, boiled, baked, grilled it was always a winner.

    We have a forecast of 4 more days of sunshine. I will be on the tractor this morning getting the ground ready. I got my seed from Buntons in Louisville. They have great prices and an easy website to order from. I hope to plant 1/2 acre this weekend, and prepare ground for another planting in a couple of weeks.
