Hey Egon!!!!

Have you been making any furniture this winter????

I've finally got some wood planed down ready to start on an end table, a clock and two display shelves.

    Fivestring:

Was wondering about you today. Thought maybe you'd got to the flat edge and dropped off or got lost in your workshop.

I'm still cutting up logs for lumber and drying. Prodjects are at a standstill. Got some nice red oak and maple. Most of it is 1/4 sawn and stacked in the basement drying or getting damper. Some of the maple is spalted.

December to mid Febuary is pretty tough haul for me. Most days I'm lucky just to be able to move. Come March things will change.

My 12x12 shop is getting really cramped now.

Even SWMBO says I need a bigger shop.

Keep diluting it with distilled grain products but the old body still refuses to move other than add another log to the fireplace.

Never have to listen to weather forecasts as the aches and pains of long past missdirected endevers let me know.
