HAS ANYONE EVER THOUGHT OF POSTING HELP WANTED ADDS ON HERE ? MAYBE SOMEONE NEEDS A GOOD RANCH HAND OR FARMER ? TO HELP OUT ? THIS IS JUST AN IDEA !WHEN I RETIRE I WOULD LOVE TO WORK ON SOME TYPE OF FARM AND GET OUT OF THIS CORRUPT TOWN I LIVE IN !OUR TAXES JUST KEEP GOING UP OUR WATER,SEWER AND GARBAGE PICK UP IS JUST OUT OF SIGHT, NOT TO MENTION OUR 2 PER CENT INCOME TAX. HOW CAN PEOPL MAKE IT THESE DAYS ?

Kinda depends on what skills you have. Many of the people working the land have college educations plus that aquired over years on the job.

Other jobs may be very seasonal and require heavy labour.

Wish I could be more positive.

If your looking to hire a highly skilled person, not availiable in the local market, then I could see posting a job on a national forum like this. Unless there are special needs, its more practical to stay with the local newspapers.
