Spring in the woodlands.

One of my favorite hobbies in the spring is hunting the elusive morel. I found my first one of this year today. I just thought I would share.

Perhaps next week it's been pretty dry here and now were back to the snow. It's Saturday nite and snowing so hard I can't see across the road.

Egon,
you would have to come visit the farm. I would never want to encourage one of the shipping agents to steal them and it could be too great a temptation. [img]/forums/images/icons/grin.gif[/img] The day after we found this one my brother and I found a good mess of them. It is cool and damp this week which should extend the season a while.
