    Garage floor

    My concrete garage floor is full of pits caused by salt erosion.About one quarter inch deep,How do I repair this and prevent a re occurance?? <font color="red"> </font color>

    I'd be interested in a solution as well. So far, near as I can tell, there is no solution. The top surface layer is 'gone' and a patch will not bond to the old concrete, which has the salt within its' pores, as the concrete is a bit like a sponge.

    There is a concrete refinishing product you can buy at hardware stores, kwikcrete makes it. I know I have seen it at Home Depot. You spread as thick a coating as you need to put a new finish layer on your concrete.
