Did this one up two nights ago. It was pretty yummy, and real simple.

Pork cutlets
Lemon
Dry mustard
Garlic powder
Ground pepper
garlic
onion
green beans
peas
stewed tomatoes

Place cutlets in a ziploc bag or marinade bowl. Drench with juice from lemon. Sprinkle generously with garlic powder, dry mustard and pepper. Mush around in ziploc bag, or stir in marinade bowl. Let sit 15-20 minutes.

Remove pork, and place in a skillet. Brown on both sides.

Add sliced onion and garlic to taste/preference(we like lots of both; I used a medium onion and 1/2 head of garlic). Add a big handful of green beans. Add another big handful of green peas. Pour stewed tomatoes over to cover everything. Bring to a slow simmer. Simmer till pork is done.

I served over whole wheat spiral pasta.
