    Baby Back Ribs and Jalepeno peppers....

    I cooked up some ribs and stuffed Jalepeno Peppers the other day. Man were they good.

    Almost there along with potatoes and peppers stuffed w/ Italian sausage and sharp cheddar......

    Yummy! I have never tried smoking peppers. Have had Jalepeno beer though... Did you guys get it back there maybe 10 years ago or so? Reminded me of a Coors or Corona with a little bite to it.

    It was a microbrew with the hot pepper inside the bottle. It was actually good beer. Haven't seen it around here in quite some time.

    I remember that beer, too.

    I just cooked some babybacks up the other night. I tried a new way than my regular season and steam them with beer first, then grill.
    I don't have a smoker, but that's how I cooked them. I smoked them.
    I seasoned the ribs, turned the one side of my two burner propane grill on, put a pie tin with water and Liquid Smoke added over the flame and the ribs on the other side. About 250-300 degrees F for 2-1/2 hours and then I put the barbeque sauce on and grilled them over a flame for 1/2 hour. I also broke a couple off to try without any sauce.

    Oh yeah, babe! [img]/forums/images/icons/laugh.gif[/img] Absolutely my best ribs yet!
