Border my driveway

I need a goodlooking, cheap (fairly) way of beautifying my driveway on my lot, more or less 180 feet long. I was thinking of doing a small 4 inch cement "wall", just higher than the surface. I must be able to mow over it. Input will be most welcome!

There's places/companies that do that; we have had it done. It is a curb or mow strip. They have a little machine they put the concrete in to that forms it in place.
