I am for sure with Egon on this. 'Pends on what you want to use it for.
I say you should determine what you want to do with it and then talk with folks in your area. Find a bunch of old timers who have been there and see what they say. Too much great advice and wisdom gets ignored in favor of a slick pamphlet or sales pitch....
