Breast of Lamb

I was in the WalMart Supercenter last evening and saw that they had vacuum packed packages marked "Breast of Lamb". They look like lamb spare ribs to me.

I'm planning on trimming the excess fat and grilling them on low heat. Rub them with some olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and some fresh ground rosemary.

    Any other ideas?

    Sure have Gary!

You could deliver them to our dinning room table. We'll supply the dishware and cuttlery!

I'm sure there's enough for two more folks. Can you be here by 6PM CST tomorrow? And I have a dish washer, so don't worry about that.
