I think I might use 'Money Pit' except that is a bit generic.
I've found it apropo to name gates, pastures, water troughs, and other points of reference or you'll spend half your life describing where your talking about

Open Copperhead Corner and let the horses on Hickory Hill. Close the Fairway and open the Mudhole so the pony can eat down the Snake Pit. Fill the water trough on Buck Knoll while your back there. Spread that manure pile on the east side of Clubhouse Trail over towards the Bayou. By then I'll need your help fixing the fence by the Widowmaker. Hurry up cause I want to dab some bait in Glory Hole before it gets too hot!
