    Quail Wire

In my research for my quail "farm" I've heard "mink wire" mentioned several times. However, I've been unable to find out what "mink wire" is. Does anyone know what it is? I found a few references via google. It looks like 'mink wire' is 1 inch square wire mesh. I have used the same type of wire for cages for rabbits, chickens, etc.

This is a magpie trap ( not sure why they are trapping magpies, in fact I'm not even sure what a magpie is, except a vague thought it is some sort of noisy bird ), but it shows the wire in use:

A VERY noisy bird! Nice looking, if you like the cop car effect. (Black & white) They can be pests.

Rabbit wire would work, too, I would think. It's usually sold with 1/2" x 1" squares.
