Just bought a m-F 165 year about 1970 Having a problem with the hydraulic 3 pt hitch.I lifts ok but wont stop in any mid range position.Its either all up or all down. Any advice will be welcome Thanks Stormy
Sounds like you have it set for draft or float position. Most 3 pt have three settings. I think you want the "control" setting.
On my tractor there are two or three things to adjust then I can change to the setting needed. Each time I need to look in the owner's manual to figure it out.
