    Buck rub

A place up the street from me. This guy just had a 5 acre thicket behind his house bulldozed. I think he made some lil' buck furious. I'm standing in the street taking the pic, used to be a crabapple tree I believe, hehe.

We planted 25 trees, not because we cut the others out, but for diversity. Only 3 survive. Those deer can really cause some damage! We know now to fence anything we want to protect. Of course, then you've got the feral hogs, the armadillos, the moles, the drought...

Ya'll are lucky son-of-a-guns. I haven't seen a deer in weeks, more or less a scrape. Dang I hate lucky people.
