Arched Window Size Question

I need some info about the size of a 3070 arch top window.
I'm reasonably certain that 3070 means 36 inches wide and 84 inches tall.

So in this picture, which one is correct, A or B.
I'm guessing B is the correct size.

3070 is three ohh, seven ohh, 3 ft 0 inches and 7 ft 0 inches.

I believe you have decoded it right in your picture but a call to any supply house selling that style window should be a confidence builder. Pick on a Pella dealer! They are a high overhead operation.
