I love it! What about critters drinking from a smaller pool then? Or drinking out of the rain barrels that we put out to collect the rainwater (used later to water the flowers). I guess we are all committing crimes (Of course not felonies). How silly and thanks for sharing the photo. I love the sign idea too!

So the State will issue a liscense to shoot dead a pile of coyotes, that you can leave them to rot if you wish. But fine you 2500$ should you accidentally provide one with a drink.....
Makes sense to me....
