Another Delta Pressure Washer Question - Gas Leak

Have a great pressure washer that doesn't run and just leaks gas. Similar to another post, I have a Delta DTH2450 pressure washer with Honda 5.5HP engine from Sam's Club. In the related post, the engine ran but the water did not spray. In my case, the engine does not run and the gas rapidly leaks out of the air-filter area. The gas cut-off switch stops the leak. Checked for loose fittings, rotted tubes, but did not find anything. Only used the machine once. Live in Florida so no problems with freezing.

Re: Another Delta Pressure Washer Question - Gas Leak

Disclaimer: I'm no small engine mechanic, so don't take my word for more than it's worth.

Now that being said, it sounds to me as if a float in a carburetor is stuck down. A tap on the side of the carburetor bowl might loosen it, although I'd probably drop the bowl to see if there was any debris in there.
