Good story, I thought Highlanders were tame as puppies.... We have a bull, one cow and two heifers, so far. They are fairly easy to work with. We are still careful with the bull....he likes to "play" as he was raised as a "pet" until he knocked former owner down. At least he does not have horns. The rest of them do.... Have fun and stay safe....
Just and update, have moooved on to our own place, but still have contact with the highlander herd (harvesting purposes only). WOW, are they wild now!!! They only stay there for the 'free food'. Not even corn will bring them into close range. Owner has been knocked down a couple times during feeding time i hear, so there maybe more calls to put them in little white yummy packages. Now if i could just find a meat market for the wethered goats, hmmm.
No fun, change the rules!!!
